The Hudson Family Foundation’s Individual Grant Program operates on a referral basis.
After the initial referral, we work directly with the family, along with social workers, case managers, hospital staff, and other health care professionals to ensure that we are assisting families with the greatest needs.
Completion of the Application for Assistance should be overseen by the health care professional, along with the family. Once the application is reviewed and accepted, payment is made directly to the provider or creditor. All information is strictly confidential.
The Hudson Family Foundation serves children and families in the states of Alabama and Georgia.
