Grant Program
Individual grants that provide financial support for children and their families living with a life-altering or terminal disease. Our grants are used to help ease the financial stress a diagnosis can create on a family.
Examples of assistance include:
- Pharmacy costs
- Gifts cards for food or travel-related expenses
- Temporary housing or mortgage assistance
- Medical equipment
- Funeral costs
The Hudson Family Foundation’s individual grant program is on a referral basis only.
We work directly with social workers, case managers, hospital staff and other health care professionals to identify families with the greatest need. Completion of the application for assistance must be overseen by the health care professional on behalf of the family. If the application is accepted, payment is made directly to the provider or creditor and not to the patient or family. Funding is limited and based on availability. Applications will be processed in the order received. All information is strictly confidential.

Please Note: Due to the number of requests we receive, the Hudson Family Foundation can only accept referrals for families who reside in Georgia or Alabama.
